This family wanted a bigger kitchen and more natural light without moving house. We built a single-storey rear extension with bi-fold doors onto the garden, opening the existing kitchen into a kitchen-diner. Work included new foundations, a steel goalpost frame for the bi-folds, a flat roof with roof lights, and full first and second fix throughout.
